Refund policy

We hope you love our products as much as we do, but if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to return the product for a refund, please email us at info@awaikenu.co.uk 

Returns are nice and easy.  You can return if your product is damaged or there is a fault or if you have simply changed your mind.*

*As long as the product is unopened.

If you have received your order but you have changed your mind or you are not sure a product is right for you:

Please email us at info@awaikenu.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for return.

The order must be returned to us unopened and in the condition supplied to you, within 28 days of purchase.. We recommend using a signed for and tracking service in case the parcel fails to reach us for whatever reason.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: AwaikenU, South Eudon Cottage. Eudon George. Nr Bridgnorth. Shropshire. WV16 6AJ

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged in transit or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
